Does Hardparse require an internet connection?

No. All OCR processing happens entirely on your Mac. No internet connection is needed.

What types of documents does Hardparse support?

Hardparse can process PDFs and images (PNG, JPEG, TIFF). It handles complex layouts including tables, mathematical formulas, and charts.

Is my data sent to any servers?

No. Your documents never leave your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What Mac hardware is required?

Hardparse requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 15.0 (Sequoia) or later.

The OCR output has errors. What can I do?

For best results, ensure your document image is clear and at least 150 DPI. Very large images (4K+) are automatically scaled for optimal recognition. If issues persist, contact us with a sample.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
