Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hardparse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License

Hardparse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal or commercial purposes on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Permitted Use

You may use Hardparse to:

Process documents and images for OCR text extraction.
Convert document layouts including tables, formulas, and charts to structured text.
Use the extracted text for any lawful purpose.

Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

Intellectual Property

Hardparse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hardparse and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any documents you process and any output generated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Hardparse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that OCR results will be error-free or perfectly accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardparse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
